IPS ASP Chicago 2016

REGISTRATION

The Joint Meeting of the International Primatological Society (IPS) and the American Society of Primatologists (ASP) is likely to be the biggest gathering of primatologists ever.  Registration is open NOW and we highly recommend you register soon to take advantage of the early bird savings.

Registration is completed via the online system hosted by ASP.  Please follow all instructions to complete your registration.  You will receive a confirmation email once you have completed your registration process.  If you have any problems with the registration process please contact ipsinfo@asp.org

Registration fee for Delegates includes: Attendance at scientific program, refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks and poster sessions, and entry to the welcome reception at Lincoln Park Zoo on Sunday 21st August 2016.

Registration fee for Accompanying Guests includes: Welcome Reception at Lincoln Park Zoo on Sunday 21st August 2016 and participation in the social program (morning and afternoon breaks and poster sessions). Accompanying Guests are not invited to attend oral scientific sessions.

Delegate Category Definitions

Regular IPS/ASP Member
A Regular Member of IPS and/or ASP in good standing both at the time of registration and at the time of the Congress.

Range Country IPS/ASP Member
A Member of IPS and/or ASP in good standing both at the time of registration and at the time of the Congress who is a national of a primate range country. The countries whose nationals qualify for discounted registration are defined by IPS Council and include all of the countries of South and Central America, all of the countries of Africa, and all of the countries of Asia where non-human primates occur in the wild, EXCEPT for Japan.

Student IPS/ASP Member
A Student Member of IPS and/or ASP in good standing both at the time of registration and at the time of the Congress.

Accompanying Guest
A person (e.g., partner or spouse) accompanying a registered delegate of the IPS/ASP 2016 Congress.

Payment

Payment by attendees should be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).  Wire transfers (in US dollars) will be accepted, but a $25 charge must be added to cover wiring-related expenses.  Personal checks, in US dollars, are also acceptable.

Confirmation will be e-mailed when registration and payment are completed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (by e-mail) to Steve Schapiro (sschapir@mdanderson.org) by August 1, 2016.  An administrative fee of at least 20% will be deducted from the total amount originally charged.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made after August 1, 2016.

All refunds will be paid after the IPS/ASP Congress.
